Person-to-Person to Host Its First Charity Golf Outing on June 3rd
Person-to-Person (PSP) is set to host its first charity golf outing on June 3rd, 2021. The event will take place at The Stanwich Club in Greenwich, Connecticut. The P2P inaugural charity golf outing aims to raise funds to support the organization’s mission to offer families and individuals in lower Fairfield County the necessary resources to help them deal with daily challenges and keep them on track towards economic stability.
The tournament was initially slated for 2020 but was later postponed because of the pandemic. Despite the postponement, P2P has been open and running, offering emergency financial assistance and more food than in any other period since it was formed.
The event co-chair, Tracey Riccardi, and her spouse Mike Riccardi are active members of the organization dedicated to supporting the community during this challenging period. The two welcomed everyone to support their cause at Stanwich during the inaugural tournament.
Everyone is welcomed to participate in the tournament. There are several sponsorship opportunities as well as individual and foursome play options. Costs vary from $1,000 to $15,000. The event includes a round of golf with competition scoring. There will also be food and beverages all day and access to various amenities, including caddies, golf carts, putting green, and the practice range.
Co-chair Todd Lindvall expressed his pleasure in organizing the event. PSP, alongside The Stanwich Club, will adhere to all COVID-19 protocols set aside by the State of Connecticut department to guarantee the safety of all participants.
